Our ingredients are always 3rd party lab tested to be safe, common allergen-free, organic, vegan, non-GMO and more. Our cacao is uncommonly good. Customers are shocked at how bitter it is NOT. We have gone to great lengths to source ultra-premium cacao from the Vraem district, province of Cusco, Peru. We source only the true Criollo variety, with no CCN51 hybrid cacao present. As our supplier explains, our cacao is "the highest grade lowest microbial, lowest cadmium and heavy metal cacao in the world."
